In 1996 Bustos was recognized as the best defensive player within the Cubs organization. During his 12 year professional baseball career, Bustos was named to an All-Star Team 7 times as shortstop. His career saw action with the Brockton Rox, Saint Paul Saints, Montreal Expos and the Chicago Cubs.
As the head instructor Bustos provides professional training tactics to each player with an unprecedented dedication. Bustos custom tailors training to fit each players needs producing a well rounded ball player.
